The heart behind Ohana.
Natalie is the founder and yoga instructor behind Ohana Yoga & Wellness, a private, appointment-based yoga practice serving Sherwood Park, Alberta, and surrounding communities.
Her warm, welcoming approach is shaped by nature, life experience, grief, healing, motherhood, and the belief that every body deserves a practice designed around them.

Ohana began with a feeling.
Not just the beaches of Maui, but the warmth, the slower pace, the sound of the ocean, and the feeling of being welcomed exactly as you are.
When Natalie began teaching yoga, she wanted to bring that feeling into every session — a place where people could breathe deeply, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves without pressure or judgment.
Natalie founded Ohana Yoga & Wellness as a personalized alternative to one-size-fits-all classes. Her private, appointment-based sessions in Sherwood Park are thoughtfully adapted to each person’s goals, schedule, mobility, experience, and season of life.
“My hope is that when you leave, you feel lighter, more connected, more present, and more at home in yourself.”With Aloha, Natalie
From movement to meaning.
Natalie first tried yoga in university, curious to reconnect with her gymnastics background and stay active. At first, yoga was simply another activity. As life unfolded, it became much more meaningful.
During a difficult season of grief, motherhood, and career demands, yoga became an anchor. It offered peace, clarity, freedom, and a way back to herself.
That is the heart of Ohana Yoga & Wellness: a private yoga practice in Sherwood Park where Natalie helps people find more calm, freedom, and wholeness in their body and mind.
Thoughtfully trained. Always focused on you.
Natalie combines recognized yoga training, fitness leadership certification, and current first aid knowledge with a deeply personal teaching approach.
She is an AFLCA-certified Group Exercise Mind/Body Instructor and has completed foundational, flow, and chair yoga training through Modo Yoga International.
