Questions are welcome here.
Your yoga journey is as unique as you are. If you have questions or would like help choosing the session that’s right for you, I’d love to connect. Together, we’ll create an experience that supports your goals, your pace, and your well-being.
Aloha, Natalie
You do not need to be flexible to begin.
Ohana was built for real people, real bodies, and real life. You can arrive exactly as you are.
I have never done yoga before. Is that okay?
Yes. Beginner yoga and private sessions are a beautiful place to start. Natalie can guide you slowly and adapt the practice to your comfort level.
What if I am not flexible?
You do not need to be flexible to do yoga. Flexibility is not the goal. The goal is to breathe, move, reconnect, and feel more at home in your body.
Do you offer chair yoga or senior yoga?
Yes. Steady Shores is designed for seniors, beginners, limited mobility, balance concerns, and anyone who wants a supported chair-based practice.
How do I book?
Booking is by email. Use the contact page to email Natalie. Appointment times are flexible.
Where are you located?
Ohana Yoga & Wellness serves Sherwood Park, Alberta and surrounding communities including Strathcona County, Ardrossan, East Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, and Leduc.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move and breathe. You do not need special yoga clothing.
Can sessions be private?
Yes. Private yoga is a core part of Ohana and is ideal if you want personalized support, are recovering from injury, or feel intimidated by larger studios.
Do you offer mother and daughter yoga?
Yes. Bloom sessions are designed for mother/daughter yoga, friends, family, or connection-based small groups.
New to yoga?
Start with a private beginner session or Sunset Restore.
Need support?
Steady Shores offers chair yoga and gentle accessible movement.
Want connection?
Bloom is ideal for mother/daughter yoga, friends, or small groups.
