What to Expect · Ohana Yoga & Wellness

From nervous to welcomed.

Your first session should feel clear, calm, and pressure-free before you ever step onto a mat.

The Ohana experience

You will not be expected to perform.

This is not about perfect poses. It is about giving yourself a place to breathe, move, reconnect, and feel safe in your body.

Before you arrive

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water if you like. If you have injuries, mobility concerns, or questions, share them with Natalie ahead of time.

When you arrive

You will be welcomed without judgment. Natalie will guide you into the pace, setup, and support that fits your session.

During practice

Every movement can be adapted. You can pause, rest, use a chair, move slowly, or simply breathe. Nothing needs to be forced.

After class

The goal is not to leave exhausted. The goal is to feel lighter, calmer, more connected, and more at home in yourself.

Still unsure?

That is normal. Many people feel nervous before beginning. A simple conversation can help you choose the session that feels right.

Good first choices

Private beginner yoga, Steady Shores chair yoga, or Sunset Restore are gentle ways to begin.
