The heart behind Ohana.
A warm, welcoming approach to yoga shaped by nature, life experience, grief, healing, motherhood, and the belief that every body belongs.

Ohana began with a feeling.
Not just the beaches of Maui, but the warmth, the slower pace, the sound of the ocean, and the feeling of being welcomed exactly as you are.
When Natalie began teaching yoga, she wanted to bring that feeling into every session — a place where people could breathe deeply, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves without pressure or judgment.
“My hope is that when you leave, you feel lighter, more connected, more present, and more at home in yourself.”With Aloha, Natalie
From movement to meaning.
Natalie first tried yoga in university, curious to reconnect with her gymnastics background and stay active. At first, yoga was simply another activity. As life unfolded, it became much more meaningful.
During a difficult season of grief, motherhood, and career demands, yoga became an anchor. It offered peace, clarity, freedom, and a way back to herself.
That is the heart of Ohana Yoga & Wellness: helping others find more calm, freedom, and wholeness in their body and mind.
